Strategic Planning

Strategic Planning is an essential component for the success of a school district. IELC will collaborate with school district leaders to assist with the development of  multi-year strategic plans, goals, and directions. Consulting services may include working with internal and external stakeholders for input and feedback during the development of the plan. IELC will be available to assist district leadership with the creation of district and school scorecards and dashboards.

IELC is available to assist district leaders with developing district-wide communication plans that will enhance transparency and assist in creating a closer relationship with internal and external stakeholders. Effective communication plans and processes will not only create and/or enhance positive relationships with staff, parents, students, and community members but will build trust during emergency and crisis situations.
