Professional Development

Innovative Educational Leadership Consultants, LLC provides K-12 school districts with 21st Century professional development opportunities for district and school leaders. Professional Development will be designed to provide guidance and assistance for district leaders to develop strategic goals such as: a digital transformation, environmental stewardship, such as transforming a district or school into a waste-free environment, and aligning learning environments and spaces with curriculum and instruction.

Personalized Education is also a professional development component offered by IELC. This should not be confused with 1:1 technology or a digital transformation. Personalized Education is as old as formal education and though technology is often aligned with implementation, it is not required.

IELC is available to coach and advise local Boards of Education in best practices in governance, ethical practices, community communications,  Superintendent/Board relations, and formal negotiations practices and processes.
