Organizational Excellence

IELC utilizes the Baldrige framework and criteria to assist school districts in achieving organizational excellence. The Baldrige criteria is recognized world-wide with a focus on agility, innovation, societal responsibility, and continuous improvement. The criteria has assisted school districts with effectively and efficiently meeting their mission and achieving their vision. It is utilized by many of the most successful organizations in the United States. IELC will work with district and school leaders to develop systemic processes that are aligned with continuous improvement practices.

Services include assisting a school district with the development of an organizational profile or an application for full recognition with the State of Illinois’s Baldrige organization.
